Firstly what this is not.
Results are not guaranteed. It is not a training program that will bring about specific results nor is it a personalised program that is guaranteed to bring you the identical results that it has done so for me.
What it is.
A combination of sessions based on real time experience and learning’s, having worked in over 30 athletic disciplines with some of the best clubs and athletes on the planet. I have combined what I perceive to be the best elements of each and created something that works with everyday people like you and I.
One-hour max commitment sessions five times per week.
I am limited by time and expect most to be in a similar situation – family and business commitments means I cannot dedicate 25hrs a week to a fitness training program. This was often the main issue I had with commercial coaches and training providers, it isn’t sustainable.
The commitment is realistic and manageable for most people.
I practise what I preach; the majority of the workouts were used and honed within all 100 Day Training programs; 100 Days To Ironman, 100 Days To Engadin etc. They are tried and tested. If I can do it then so can you.
It is an affordable option that can be practised and followed from home or at a gym, the equipment is limited and you can start with £10 resistance bands and body weight. Your current body conditioning is not important and the output is solely based on your own measurement of effort and capability.
